I'm Ronnie and for as long as I can remember, Hawai'i has been the place I call home. I left for college in San Francisco right after graduating high school.

For a decade, I travelled between SF and Hawai'i for the holidays and special occasions. Because California is some hours ahead of Hawai'i, I'd wake up around 4:00 am pretty easily (unfortunately) and I always found my parents enjoying a cup of coffee with each other before their morning commute.  

It's the quiet and stillness before the rush just sipping coffee and enjoying each other's company that drew me to start something that embodied these times. 

Aiami Coffee was named after the street I was raised on and the idea to embrace time with the ones you love, even if its over a cup of coffee. You won't catch that moment again – enjoy it while you can.
